Additional Store Policies

Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or correction.

Switch Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so while your order is still processing and has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a switch. Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be changed.

Delivery Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Normal delivery times are up to three (3) business days, from Saturday to Thursday.
